Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services ordered through www.wolab.se, including passenger taxi transport and goods delivery (âthe Serviceâ).
1.2 The provider of the Service is WOLAB (Reg. No: 559097-4134, Email: info@wolab.se).
1.3 The customer (âyouâ) refers to any person or company ordering or using our services.
1.4 These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and any special transport terms.
2. Changes to the Terms
2.1 WOLAB may update these Terms at any time.
2.2 Continued use of our Service after publication means you accept the updated Terms, unless prohibited by law.
3. Booking and Agreement

3.2 A booking becomes binding when WOLAB confirms it.
3.3 By submitting a booking, you declare that all details provided are accurate.
4. Accounts and User Information
4.1 Some features may require account registration.
4.2 You are responsible for keeping login details confidential.
4.3 You may not impersonate another person or use another userâs account.
4.4 WOLAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.
5. Performance of Service
5.1 We or our subcontracted drivers will perform the service according to your booking details.
5.2 All times are approximate unless explicitly guaranteed.
5.3 WOLAB may refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect information is provided, no suitable vehicle is available, or misuse is suspected.
5.4 You will be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible.
6. Prices and Payment
6.1 All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment methods include card, invoice, or other options during checkout.
6.3 Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection fees.
6.5 Refunds are issued for overcharges, duplicate transactions, or service disruptions.
7. Cancellations, Late Cancellations & No-Shows
7.1 Free cancellation applies until a driver is dispatched.
7.2 If the driver is already en route or trip started, a cancellation fee may apply.
7.3 No-show: If you are not at pickup within 5 minutes, a base fare may be charged.
7.4 Refunds for valid cancellations are issued within 14 days.
8. Complaints and Faulty Service
Consumers may complain within three years under Swedish law. Issues should be reported promptly (preferably within two months).
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, software, and trademarks are owned by WOLAB. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
WOLAB is not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond reasonable control.
11. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse. Certain clauses survive termination.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal data is processed under GDPR and Swedish data protection law. See our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers may contact ARN or Swedish courts.
14. Force Majeure
WOLAB is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or network issues).

Special Terms â Goods Transport
A. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings must include full pickup/delivery details and become binding upon confirmation.
B. Pricing and Fees
Prices depend on distance, weight, and services. VAT is included unless stated otherwise.
C. Waiting and Loading Time
Drivers wait up to 5 minutes free; after that, a per-minute fee applies.
D. Cancellation and Missed Loads
Missed-load fees may apply if goods are not ready at pickup time.
E. Service and Safety
Drivers follow Swedish law and safety rules. Dangerous goods may be refused.
F. Damage and Liability
Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made within 14 days. Indirect losses are not covered.
G. Complaints and Compensation
Complaints must be submitted in writing within the stated time limits. Responses are given within 14 days.
H. Force Majeure
WOLAB is not liable for non-performance due to extraordinary circumstances.
